摘要

阐述针对现阶段电力运作中存在的安全风险与不平稳问题,提出提高电力运行稳定性与安全性的措施,包括运用智能技术进行参数监控、制定严格的操作程序与规范、构建应急响应机制.

Abstract

This paper describes the safety and stability issues that exist in the current power operation,and proposes measures to improve the stability and safety of power operation,including the use of intelligent technology for parameter monitoring,the development of strict operating procedures and standards,and the construction of emergency response mechanisms.
