阐述针对台区线损产生的原因,包括设备老化、管理不善及窃电的因素,从档案信息完整性核实、总表集中器功能检测、漏电与窃电情况调查、台区技术线损率评估方面,提出台区线损治理措施.
Abstract
This paper describes the causes of line loss in the substation area,including equipment aging,poor management,and factors of electricity theft.From the aspects of verifying the integrity of archive information,testing the functions of the main meter concentrator,investigating the situation of leakage and electricity theft,and evaluating the technical line loss rate in the substation area,measures for managing line loss in the substation area are proposed.
