This paper describes the operation and maintenance issues of the power grid data acquisition system,including unstable concentrator performance and abnormal module communication.It proposes response strategies for power grid data acquisition and operation from the aspects of optimizing concentrator stability management mechanism and strengthening module communication quality monitoring program.
