This paper describes the optimization measures for distribution network operation and maintenance management in order to ensure the safe,stable,and efficient operation of the distribution network,including the construction of a distribution network operation and maintenance management system,optimization of personnel management system,and improvement of operation and maintenance management system.It analyzes the strategies of distribution network operation and maintenance management.
