This paper expounds the risk factors in the operation and maintenance of power distribution,including the operational risks of substations and transmission lines,and proposes effective pre control measures.It improves the safety and reliability of power distribution operation and maintenance by adopting comprehensive risk identification techniques and effective preventive measures.
