This paper expounds the causes of faults in substation operation,including substation technology issues,substation equipment issues,and substation management issues.It proposes the application of maintenance technology in substation operation fault handling from the aspects of operation inspection technology,equipment operation and maintenance technology,and online monitoring equipment maintenance.
