This paper expounds the impact of intelligence on the financial industry,including changes in automated investment,smart contracts,decentralized finance,as well as the risks and regulatory issues arising from them.It proposes countermeasures from the aspects of improving the intelligence level of financial regulation and strengthening international cooperation.
