This paper describes that particle size is an important indicator for mineral processing operations,and monitoring the particle size distribution of mineral flows is crucial.It introduces a domestically produced LKPSI-2 online particle size analyzer automatic sampling and analysis system for mineral processing,and has been applied in the case where the cyclone overflows to the flotation 2#mixing tank process,achieving the expected effect.
