A Multi-target Tracking and Analysis System Based on Shore-based Ship Radar
Shore-based ship radars are mainly used for inshore ship surveillance and management.Radar echoes in sea environment are varied and complex. The stability of echoes is susceptible to environment, which directly affects the detection and tracking of targets.Strong clutter and other interference seriously restrict the performance of tracking and analysis. In the case of dense clutter, the track initiation method based on conventional data processing tends to have many problems such as many false tracks, slow initial speed and difficult target initiation. In order to reduce false a-larm rate, improve initial efficiency and make target tracking performance stable,a multi-target tracking analysis system based on shore-based ship radar is designed. The system is used for in-shore radar ship monitoring and management, and has been successfully applied to the Bureau of Ocean and Fishery and other law enforcement departments.Under the sea clutter environment,it greatly improves the effect of target initiation and stable tracking, and has high application value.
