Evaluation Method of Operational Effectiveness of Air Defense Early Warning Equipment System Based on TOPSIS
In order to test the effectiveness of the early warning equipment system in completing combat tasks under specific conditions and optimize combat plans,the combat effectiveness evalua-tion method of air defense early warming equipment system is studied.By analyzing the operational process of regional air defense early warning,a combat effectiveness evaluation index system is con-structed based on reconnaissance and early warning capabilities,battlefield survival capabilities,command and control capabilities and comprehensive support capabilities.In response to the short-comings of biased weight values in a single weighting method,the sequential relationship analysis method(G1 method)and improved criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method are used to determine the comprehensive weight of indexes.The improved technique for or-der preference by similarity to ideal solutim(TOPSIS)method is used to quantitatively evaluate the operational effectiveness of the air defense early warning equipment system.The feasibility and scientificity of this method are verified through simulation experiments of equipment deployment plans,which has guiding significance for the design and optimization of combat plans for the air de-fense early warning equipment system.
