带内共极化反射幅度增强的回溯表面设计

设计了一个带内共极化反射幅度增强的回溯阵列.通过在天线背面加载非互易晶体管和移相器,实现了反射表面的带内共极化波散射特性增强功能与电磁波回溯功能.所设计的反射阵列是由一组具有相位梯度的辐射器-功率分配器-放大器-移相器单元串联组成的,为电磁波接收、单边信号放大、非互易相移、再辐射提供了一种有效的机制.该非互易反射表面具有低剖面、同时改变反射幅度相位等特点,在多功能化、集成化的电磁结构方面具有广阔的应用前景.
Design of Backtracking Surface with Enhanced In-band Co-polarization Reflection Amplitude
A backtracking array with enhanced in-band co-polarization reflection amplitude is de-signed.By loading a non-reciprocal transistor and a phase shifter on the back of the antenna,the scattering characteristics enhancement function of in-band co-polarized wave and the backtracking function of electromagnetic wave on the reflecting surface are performed.The designed reflection array is composed of a series of radiators,power dividers,amplifiers and phase shifter with phase gradient,which provides an effective mechanism for electromagnetic wave reception,unilateral sig-nal amplification,non-reciprocal phase shift and re-radiation.The non-reciprocal reflecting surface has the characteristics of having low profile and simultaneously changing the reflection amplitude and phase,has broad application prospects in multi-functional and integrated electromagnetic struc-tures.
