随着发射系统带宽越来越宽,功放由于其非线性特性带来的谐波往往也处于工作带宽范围内,对系统工作效率和电磁兼容性等问题带来巨大挑战.为改善功放谐波问题,设计了一种谐波预失真方法,在现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和计算机软件平台实现带内谐波抑制,带外谐波信号通过大功率滤波器得以抑制.实验结果表明本方法对谐波具有明显的抑制作用.
Design and Implementation of a Harmonic Pre-distortion Method
As the bandwidth of transmitting system becomes wider and wider,the harmonics caused by the nonlinear characteristics of power amplifier often fall within the working bandwidth range,which brings great challenges to the system efficiency and electromagnetic compatibility.In order to improve the harmonic suppression of power amplifier,a method of harmonic pre-distortion is de-signed,which realizes in-band harmonic suppression on field programmable gate array(FPGA)and computer software platform,and out-of-band harmonic signal is suppressed by high-power filter.The experimental results show that this method can restrain harmonics obviously.
