Research into the Electromagnetic Space Operation of U.S.Military
Electromagnetic space is an indispensable operational environment for effective control-ling.The U.S.military focuses on electromagnetic space operation,successively issues the JP3-85"Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations"ordinance,establishes the joint electromagnetic spectrum operations center,which greatly improve the core capabilities and cognitive level of the U.S.mili-tary in electromagnetic space operations.This paper focuses on the theoretical and practical devel-opment of the U.S.military's electromagnetic space operations,analyses the development motiva-tions of the U.S.military's electromagnetic space operations,from the four aspects of organization-al adjustment,force building,means development and technological innovation,analyzes the new measures and new developments of U.S.military in promoting the electromagnetic space opera-tions,and from the four aspects of reconnaissance,controlling,attacking and defense of joint opera-tions,analyzes the real threats we may facing.Finally,suggestions for the current development of"constellation intelligent electromagnetic operations"and other related theories and technologies are putting forward.
