Research into Sea Clutter Suppression Algorithm for Marine Navigation Radar Based on SOCP Theory
In order to effectively reduce the impact of sea clutter on the operation of marine naviga-tion radar,a clutter suppression algorithm based on the second order cone programming(SOCP)theory is proposed. In response to the problem that traditional real coefficient finite impulse re-sponse(FIR)digital filters cannot guarantee the accuracy of pass band group delay(decimal),the initial optimization problem is transformed into a dual problem for solving.By utilizing the distrib-uted computing advantages of SOCP theory, the local optimal point can be stably and effectively obtained, and the theoretical model can be repeatedly trained by using reconstructed sea clutter samples.Through simulation experiments,it is proved that the SOCP theory can better reconstruct the signal detection model, significantly suppress the influence of sea clutter, and improve the tar-get detection ability of marine navigation radar.
