Demand Analysis of the Underwater Attack and Defense System Construction for Joint Operations
The underwater attack and defense operations are changing from"platform confronta-tion"to"system confrontation".Building the underwater attack and defense system to realize the organic integration of complex environment cognition,intelligent command and control,manned and unmanned cooperation,comprehensive information support,coordinated firepower strike and operational effectiveness evaluation is the necessary way to safeguard marine rights and interests and ensure marine security.This paper describes the evolution of US naval strategy,summarizes the new concept combat mode for US maritime operations,analyzes the development trend of the US underwater combat system under the background of joint operations,draws out the necessity and elements of the underwater attack and defense system construction,and gives some suggestions for the development of the underwater attack and defense system.
