以一种天线雷达举升机构作为研究对象,对该机构的主要工作过程进行了分析.建立了逆向运动学模型,利用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对其进行了动力学仿真.分析了举升机构驱动油缸受力较大的原因,对机构的运动形式和运动过程进行了优化,改善了油缸的受力情况.
Dynamic Simulation and Optimization of Lifting Process of a Radar Antenna Lifting Mechanism
Taking a lifting mechanism of radar antenna as the research object,this paper analyzes the main working process of the mechanism.The inverse kinematics model is established,and the dy-namic simulation is carried out by mechanical system dynamics analysis software—ADAMS.This paper analyzes why the driving hydraulic cylinder of the lifting mechanism has a large force,opti-mizes the movement form and process of the mechanism,and improves the force situation of the hydraulic cylinder.
