某便携测角设备在高温下需保证所有元器件的正常工作,因此,有必要设计一种能够有效散热的机箱.基于对机箱热设计准则及间接强迫风冷散热方式选择的分析,通过机箱模块布局设计、风道结构设计及风机选型完成机箱的优化设计.设计过程中建立了机箱热仿真模型,并仿真验证了机箱在高温下散热结构设计方案的可行性.
Design of Heat Dissipation Structure of a Portable Angle Measuring Closed Cabinet
A portable angle measuring equipment needs to ensure the normal operation of all compo-nents at high temperature,so it is necessary to design a chassis that can effectively dissipate heat.Based on the analysis of the thermal design criteria of the chassis and the selection of indirect forced air cooling mode,the chassis optimization design is completed through the chassis module layout design,air duct structure design and fan selection.During the design process,the thermal simulation model of the chassis is established,and the feasibility of the design scheme of the chassis heat dissipation structure at high temperature is verified by the simulation.
