对某单点系泊电力滑环的大直径密封组件的设计和测试方法进行探索.对泛塞密封圈选型过程作了叙述和对比.改进了轴承自密封结构形式,将密封环与安装轴承基座进行分体设计,泛塞密封采用压套工艺安装,大幅降低了装配难度和失效风险.后期的维护亦可将密封组件作为独立模块进行保养或更换.设计了一套专用测试工装检验密封组件的可靠性和寿命,简述了测试方法和过程,为类似大直径密封结构的设计、装配和测试提供了参考.
Research into the Design and Test Method of Large Diameter Sealing Assembly
The design and test method of a large-diameter sealing assembly of a single-point mooring power slip ring is explored.The selection process of pan plug sealing ring is described and com-pared.The form of bearing self-sealing structure is improved,and the sealing ring and the mount-ing bearing base are designed separately,then the pan plug seals are installed by using pressing sleeve technology,which greatly reduces the assembly difficulty and failure risk.The sealing as-sembly can be used as a stand-alone module to maintain or replace in later maintenance.A set of special test fixtures is designed to verify the reliability and life of sealing components,and the test methods and procedures are briefly described,which provides a reference for the design,assembly and testing of similar large diameter sealing structures.
