In response to the problems of incomplete and insufficient research into the effectiveness evaluation index of the networking by radar maneuvering in radar maneuvering operations,as well as the lack of sub-indicator calculation models and methods,a effectiveness evaluation system of ra-dar maneuvering networking has been established based on the process of networking by radar ma-neuvering.This article elaborates on the concept and connotation of the networking by radar ma-neuvering based on the existing definitions of radar networking and mobility.Referring to the ma-neuvering organization process of the military,the networking by radar maneuvering process is di-vided into four stages:maneuvering preparation,maneuvering transfer,deployment,task execution.Based on the work of each stage,a effectiveness evaluation system of networking by radar maneu-vering is constructed,and the conceptual connotations and calculation methods of some sub-indica-tors are proposed,which can provide reference and basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the net-working by radar maneuvering systematically.
