In the electronic warfare aircraft covering up fighters for breakthrough operation,radar threat assessment is an important basis for implementing effective interference against early warn-ing radar networks.Based on full consideration of radar performance,anti-interference ability and their role in networked radar systems,this paper constructs a relatively complete threat assessment index system of networked radar,provides quantitative model for each evaluation index,uses ana-lytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of each evaluation index,proposes a threat assessment calculation method of networked radar based on technique for order preference by similarity to an i-deal solution(TOPSIS),and finally verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation meth-od through examples.
