幅相一致性校准是解决阵列式射频仿真系统"三元组"各支路幅相不一致性的主要手段.分析了幅相不一致性对射频仿真系统目标位置精度的影响,介绍了幅相一致性校准方法.测试结果表明,所述校准方法满足射频仿真系统对幅相一致性的要求,具有较好的工程应用参考价值.
Research into Design of Consistency Calibration of Amplitude and Phase for Array RF Simulation System
The consistency calibration of amplitude and phase is the main method to solve the ampli-tude and phase inconsistency of each branch of the"three-element-array"of array RF simulation system.The influence of amplitude and phase inconsistency on target position accuracy of RF simu-lation system is analyzed,and a calibration method for the amplitude and phase consistency is intro-duced.The test results show that the calibration method described in this paper meets the require-ments of amplitude and phase consistency for RF simulation system and has good engineering ap-plication reference value.
