This paper analyzes the current situation of communication spectrum monitoring,combines with the characteristics of fleet communication,a new type of fleet communication based on distributed concentration spectrum monitoring method is pro-posed.Through parallel monitoring and judgment,the effiency and reliability of the communication spectrum monitoring are im-proved.
