基于某型发射装置的机电系统联合仿真技术研究

为将机电联合仿真技术应用于军工机电产品开发过程中,论文重点详细阐述了该仿真的总体思路和具体流程,首先建立了发射装置虚拟样机模型,对模型进行了运动学和动力学测试并生成了符合机电接口要求的机构控制模块;其次根据给定的控制指标设计了控制系统模型,对模型进行了校验;最终建立了机电联合仿真模型,并进行了仿真参数配置及仿真计算。结果表明机电联合仿真思路清晰、过程明确和数据正确,可有效指导现代军工机电系统的设计和性能验证,将极大提高设计效率、缩短开发周期、降低开发成本和获得更优化的产品性能。
Research on Co-simulation Technology of Electromechanical System Based on a Certain Type of Transmitter
In order to apply the electromechanical joint simulation technology to the development of military electromechani-cal products,this paper focuses on the overall idea and specific process of the simulation.Firstly,the virtual prototype model of the launcher is established,the kinematics and dynamics of the model are tested,and the mechanism control module that meets the re-quirements of the eletromechanical interface is generated.Secondly,according to the given control index,the control system model is designed verified.Finally,the electromechanical joint simulation model is established,and the simulation parameter configuration and simulation calculation are carried out.The results show that electromechanical simulation has clear thinking,clear process and correct data,which can effectively guide the design and technical verification of modern military electromechanical system,and will greatly improve the design efficiency,shorten the development cycle,reduce the development cost and obtain more optimized prod-uct performance.
