多通道高速宽动态范围膛压测试系统设计

为准确测量火炮膛内压力随时间变化的曲线,评估武器性能,论文基于FPGA设计一种多通道高速率宽动态范围的膛压测试系统,对高速、高分辨率和瞬时性需求进行了研究。系统设计选用18位的AD7606C芯片,实现8通道同步采集,且单通道采样率高达1MHz。以FIFO和DDR实现两级缓存,保证数据传输可靠,并通过PCIe总线以DMA的传输方式将数据及时传给上位机处理显示。实验测试结果表明,该系统满足以1MHz采样率多路采集,动态范围可达100dB,总线传输速度达3GB/s,运行稳定,具有实际应用价值。
Design of Multi-channel High Speed Wide Dynamic Range Chamber Pressure Test System
In order to accurately measure the variation curve of the pressure in the fire gun chamber over time and evaluate the performance of the weapon,a multi-channel high speed and wide dynamic range chamber pressure testing system based on FPGA is designed in this paper,and the requirements of high speed,high resolution and instantaneous performance are studied.The system adopts 18-bit AD7606C chip to realize 8-channel synchronous acquisition,and the single channel sampling rate is up to 1MHz.Two-level cache is realized by FIFO and DDR to ensure reliable data transmission,and the data is timely transmitted to the upper computer for processing and display through PCIe bus in DMA transmission mode.The experimental results show that the system can satisfy the multi-channel acquisition with 1MHz sampling rate,the dynamic range can reach 100dB,the bus transmission speed can reach 3GB/s,the operation is stable,and it has practical application value.
