辊板式泡罩包装机的控制系统优化设计

为了解决泡罩包装机生产节拍慢、调试困难等问题,在原设备DPH260基础之上,改进设计了一种新型伺服泡罩包装机控制系统。针对泡罩包装工艺的要求,对整条泡罩包装工艺进行了重组,采用模块化设计思想对泡罩包装机的功能结构进行了优化,以提高泡罩成型、铝箔热封、板料冲裁、废料剔除等工艺环节的工作效率。热封质量和效率得到了提高,生产效率提高至180板/min。基于PLC控制的泡罩包装机,能够对泡罩包装温度进行精确地控制,不但提高了泡罩热封质量,而且提高了泡罩包装机的效率。
Development of Automatic Control System for Roller Plate Blister Packaging Machine
In order to solve the problems of slow production and difficult debugging of bubble packing machines,a new servo bubble packing machine is designed on the basis of the original equipment DPH260.To meet the requirements of the bubble cover packaging process,the whole bubble cover packaging process is reconstituted,and the functional structure of the bubble cover pack-aging machine is optimized by adopting the modular design idea to improve the efficiency of the foaming,aluminum foil heat seal-ing,sheet cutting,scrap removal and other processes.The quality and efficiency of heat seals are improved and the production effi-ciency is increased to 180 plates/min.Based on PLC-controlled bubble packaging machine,the temperature of bubble cover packag-ing can be precisely controlled,which not only improves the quality of bubble cover heat seal,but also improves the efficiency of bubble packing machine.
