摘要

舱室排水系统是船舶的重要组成部分,随着通信技术与自动化技术的发展,舱室排水对自动化和智能化的要求也在不断提高.论文提出舱室排水系统的自动化设计思路,根据具体的控制要求,设计了基于嵌入式PLC和Mod-bus-RTU协议的舱室自动排水系统,结合Cortex-M3内核低功耗、低成本和高性价比的优势,再利用RS232/RS485搭配Mod-bus-RTU通讯协议组成网络,通过上位机监控整个系统,最终实现排水泵的快速启停控制,为船舶的安全行驶提供了保证.

Abstract

Cabin drainage system is an important part of the ship.With the development of communication technology and au-tomation technology,the requirements of automation and intelligence of cabin drainage are constantly improving.This paper propos-es the automatic design idea of cabin drainage system.According to the specific control requirements,the automatic cabin drainage system based on embedded PLC and Modbus-RTU protocol is designed.Combined with the advantages of low power consumption,low cost and high cost performance of Cortex-M3 kernel,then RS232/RS485 and Modbus-RTU communication protocol are used to form a network,and the whole system is monitored by the upper computer.Finally,the rapid start and stop control of the drainage pump is realized,which provides a guarantee for the safe running of the ship.
