摘要

为推进佛山新机场建设,保障机场的顺利建设和安全运营,针对民航与其他单位同场多跑道同场运行的相关模式展开基于管制员工作负荷评估的模拟验证.论文使用DRS航管雷达模拟机搭建仿真环境,依据前期计算机仿真模拟出的4种运行模式下的机场小时运行容量以及空域架构编制航班时刻表,组织管制员进行模拟练习.基于DORATASK法将记录的管制员工作负荷数据分为通信负荷、非通信负荷和思考负荷3大类与7个小类进行统计处理.结果表明,不同运行方向下的管制员工作负荷有所差异,多跑道的4种运行模式皆是科学可行的.

Abstract

In order to promote the construction of Foshan new airport and ensure the smooth construction and safe operation of the airport,a simulation validation based on controller workload assessment is conducted for the relevant modes of co-located multi-runway operation of civil aviation and other units.In this paper,DRS ATC radar simulator is used to build a simulation envi-ronment,flight schedules are prepared based on the hourly operating capacity and airspace structure of the airport under the four op-erating modes simulated by the preliminary computer simulation,and controllers are organized to conduct simulation exercises.Based on the DORATASK method,the recorded controller workload data are classified into 3 major categories and 7 sub-catego-ries,namely,communication load,non-communication load and thinking load,for statistical processing.The results show that the controller workloads under different operation directions are different,and all the four operation modes of multiple runways are sci-entifically feasible.
