摘要
对合成旅装备保障流程进行分析,论文创建了基于OODA环的装备保障效能评估指标体系,以ADC法为基础,采用AHP法和熵权法对评价指标进行组合赋权,通过模糊综合评判法求解装备保障能力,最终计算得出装备保障整体效能.最后通过实例分析,验证了评估模型的有效性,对分析研究合成旅装备保障提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
By analyzing the equipment support process of the synthetic brigade,an equipment support effectiveness evalua-tion index system based on the OODA loop is created.Based on ADC,AHP and entropy weighting method are used to combine and assign weights to evaluation indicators and equipment support capability is solved through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Then the overall effectiveness of equipment support is calculated.Finally,the effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified through case analysis and useful reference for analyzing and researching the equipment support of synthetic brigade is provided.
