Acoustic Scattering Characteristics of Underwater Multicell Single-layer Thin Metal Plate Corner Reflectors
In order to make the corner reflector have a cetarin TS in a large space,multiple reflectors should be considered for combination to achieve the purpose of increasing the reflector scattering width.The scattering acoustic field of underwater multicell single-layer thin metal plate corner reflectors in far field is simulated by using FEM coupled BEM.The influence of incident wave frequencevaries from 5.0kHz to 15.0kHz,plate material,thickness,incident angle and combination type on TS is analyzed.The re-sults show that the scattering acoustic field of underwater multicell single-layer thin metal plate corner reflectors has a strong fre-quency characteristic.As the plate material,thickness,incident angle and combination type changes,so does the TS.The results pro-vide a simulation basis for the design and application of the underwater multicell single-layer thin metal plate corner reflectors.
