An efficient method of complex-valued ICA is presented here for DOA estimation,which bases on the orthogonal characteristic of signal-subspace and noise-subspace.Firstly,the models with an antenna array and blind source separation are ana-lyzed to prove that the technology of blind source separation can be used to DOA estimation.Then the shortcomings of blind source separation under noisy conditions are analyzed,and the signal-subspace projection is used to obtain the estimated value of the direc-tion vector.Finally,the simulation results prove that the proposed method is good and feasible.
