节流多囊组合结构阻尼器设计及特性研究

针对管路流量与压力脉动的问题,论文设计节流多囊组合结构阻尼器,孔板结构主要对高频脉动流体发挥节流阻尼作用,多囊结构主要对低频脉动流体发挥阻尼衰减作用,如此以来,使得阻尼器能够在较宽的频率范围内发挥较好的衰减作用,能够有效拓宽阻尼器的工作频带。通过试验研究发现,所研制的节流多囊组合结构阻尼器对流体脉动频率35Hz~77Hz范围内的脉动流体,综合衰减作用可达78%以上,具有较宽的工作频带;通过对节流多囊组合结构阻尼器内的五个皮囊分别保持不同的初始充气压力时,阻尼器能够在较宽的频率范围内保持较好的衰减率。
Research on the Characteristics of"Gas Spring-Damping"Modified Model Bladder-damper Based on Dynamic Grid Technology
To solve the problem of pipeline flow and pressure pulsation,this paper designs a throttle multi-bladder combined structure damper.The orifice plate structure mainly plays a throttling and damping role for high-frequency pulsating fluid,and the multi-bladder structure mainly plays a damping and attenuation role for low-frequency pulsating fluid.As a result,the damper can play a better attenuation role in a wider frequency range and can effectively broaden the working frequency band of the damper.The experimental study shows that the developed throttle multi-bladder combined structure damper has a comprehensive attenuation ef-fect of more than 78%on the pulsating fluid within the range of 35Hz~77Hz,and has a wide working frequency band.By maintain-ing different initial inflation pressures for the five bladders in the throttle multi-bladder combined structure damper,the damper can maintain a good attenuation rate in a wide frequency range.
