Design and Implementation of a Reliable Lithium Battery Charging System Based on STM32
In the application of lithium battery test and measurement system,in order to reduce the impact factor of lithium battery charging subsystem on the whole system,increased reliability of the entire system,a lithium battery charging system with STM32 as the main control core is designed.The system uses FD180A as charge management chip.BQ34Z100 is used as the infor-mation reading chip of lithium battery.The charging system of lithium battery can configure charging current and charging voltage ac-cording to different parameters of lithium battery.After the configuration,the charging module of lithium battery will automatically monitor the input current and adjust the charging current of lithium battery in real time intelligently to ensure that other loads in the whole system can work normally and improved reliability of the entire system.The actual test results show that the lithium battery charging module can safely and effectively complete the charge and discharge of lithium battery,and has been successfully applied in practical projects.
