数字孪生实现装备维修全流程智能驱动

随着装备智能化水平要求越来越高,装备维修保障的精确性和时效性成为关键,如何科学智能及时地完成维修任务已迫在眉睫。数字孪生技术作为一种新兴技术,能够实时对物理实体进行虚拟化映射。因此引入数字孪生技术可以实现对装备的全流程智能化维修。为科学、规范地构建该模型,论文运用霍尔的三维结构理论对数字维修全流程进行描述,更为系统、直观地展现数字孪生技术实现装备维修保障的过程、内容及所需的知识技能,以期为提升装备维修保障能力、实现智能化维修提供参考。
Digital Twins Realize Intelligent Drive for the Whole Process of Equipment Maintenance
As the level of equipment intelligence becomes increasingly demanding,the accuracy and timeliness of equipment maintenance and guarantee become critical,and how to complete maintenance tasks in a scientific,intelligent,and timely manner is imminent.As an emerging technology,digital twin technology can virtualize the mapping of physical entities in real-time.There-fore,introducing digital twin technology can achieve intelligent maintenance of the whole equipment process.To construct the model scientifically and normatively,this paper uses Hall's three-dimensional structure theory to describe the whole process of digital maintenance,to show more systematically and intuitively the process,content and knowledge,and skills required to achieve equip-ment maintenance and guarantee by digital twin technology,to provide a reference for improving equipment maintenance and guar-antee capability and achieving intelligent maintenance.
