摘要
以某艇载导弹固体火箭发动机为研究对象,对其载荷历程的特点与规律进行了研究.首先对某艇载导弹固体火箭发动机在固化降温、运输、贮存、战备巡航以及点火发射等不同阶段主要载荷的实测数据进行了分析,随后根据整个服役历程发动机的载荷特点,对发动机的环境载荷情况进行了归纳与总结.通过分析该固体火箭发动机服役阶段的环境载荷历程,为该发动机结构完整性分析评价、寿命试验和评估以及发动机有限元仿真等提供比较准确的输入条件与参考数据基础.
Abstract
To analyze the load history of solid rocket motor grain on-board and obtain its characteristics and change rules.Based on the analysis of the main load factors in different stages of cooling process after curing,transportation,storage,combat readiness cruise and ignition,the environmental load data obtained from the measurement are analyzed.According to the characteris-tics of engine load during the whole service,the environmental load of the engine can be mastered effectively.By analyzing the envi-ronmental load history of the solid rocket motor in service stage,accurate input conditions and reference data can be provided for the structural integrity analysis and evaluation of the engine,life test and evaluation,and finite element simulation of the engine.
