水面舰艇作战效能评估对于装备研制立项论证和指挥员正确运用装备具有重要意义。论文考虑同一层级指标间的影响关系,基于结构方程建立了水面舰艇对空作战效能评估模型,并定义任务满足度对底层指标进行归一化处理,在对模型参数估计与检验的基础上给出了不同场景下水面舰艇对空作战效能范围,形成了一套适用于水面舰艇对空作战效能评估的方法,该方法对水面舰艇不同方面战作战效能评估均具有一定参考价值。
Combat Effectiveness Evaluation of Surface Ships Based on Structural Equation Model and Task Satisfaction
The combat effectiveness evaluation of surface ships is of great significance to the demonstration of equipment de-velopment project and the correct use of equipment by commanders.In this paper,considering the influence relationship between the indicators at the same level,based on the structural equation,the effectiveness evaluation model of surface ships is established,and the task satisfaction degree is defined to normalize the underlying indicators.Based on the estimation and test of model parameters,the effectiveness range of surface ships under different scenarios is given,forming a set of methods suitable for the effectiveness eval-uation of surface ships.This method has certain reference value for the combat effectiveness evaluation of different aspects of surface ships.
