Fault Diagnosis and Protection Design of Seeker Servo Stabilized Platform
In order to realize the rapid diagnosis and protection of the three key components of the seeker servo stabilized plat-form,namely,angle sensor,gyroscope and motor drive,in case of fault,a set of fault diagnosis and protection methods is designed.This method combines the inherent properties of key components and the working characteristics of the seeker stability platform to monitor its working state in real time.Once the state quantity continuously or instantaneously exceeds the set threshold,the corre-sponding alarm or necessary protective measures can be triggered.This method can well find and locate the fault in the early commis-sioning,and can timely protect the fault in the whole seeker commissioning to prevent the fault from expanding and worsening.The test results show that the fault diagnosis method is accurate and reliable,and meets the use requirements.
