摘要
针对装备建设军民融合发展背景下,装备采购过程中供应链质量问题日益突出、质量原因查找和质量责任追究费时费力等问题,探讨了应用区块链技术的去中心化、篡改难、可追溯等特性,对装备采购全寿命周期供应链质量信息安全高效追溯的思路与方法,可以为加强新时期装备全寿命质量信息管理提供参考.
Abstract
The paper focuses on the problems of supply chain quality about equipment procurement and army-civilian devel-opment,which are increasing prominently and required a mass of time and effort for the finding of problem causation,and also with the investigation of quality responsibility.This paper explores the characteristics of decentralized,difficult to tamper with,and trace-able application of blockchain technology.The ideas and methods for efficient traceability of supply chain quality information securi-ty throughout the entire lifecycle of equipment procurement can provide reference for strengthening the management of equipment quality information in the new era.
