Research on Dynamic Characteristics Analysis and Control of Marine Steam Discharge System
The steam emission system is an important component of the ship's nuclear power secondary loop system, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and maneuverability of the nuclear power system.Traditional ship steam emission system uses mul-tiple control logics for different emission conditions and employ simple open-loop sequential control. However, this approach suffers from low control precision, large overshoot, long stability time, and frequent logic switching, making it difficult to meet the higher requirements for system stability and safety of new all-electric propulsion ship. Therefore, this study focuses on the ship's nuclear power secondary loop system emission system, using time-domain,frequency-domain,and root-locus methods to analyze the dy-namic characteristics of the steam emission system at different power levels.Based on the system's dynamic characteristics,PI con-trol parameters are determined, and a new steam emission controller is designed.Compared with traditional control strategies, the new controller not only simplifies the control logic but also achieves superior control performance, providing useful references for the development of steam emission system in new ships.
