Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Division and Designation of Apron Control Transfer Areas
This study aims to establish a system of factors influencing the designation of apron control areas to address the problem of responsibility boundary delineation in the transfer management of apron control. In this study, the grey number system theory has been integrated into the DEMATEL-AISM model, the centrality and entropy weight methods have been used to improve the subjective weighting of the model and the Grey-DEMATEL-AISM model has been constructed. The model is used to explore the coupling relationship between factors and divide the hierarchical structure of them. The transfer management of apron control at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is applied to the model for example verification. The results show that there are 15 factors affecting the demarcation of the apron control transfer area, and its structural system can be divided into 5 levels, among which the apron controller load and air traffic control tower controller load are the least leading factors, and they are located in the upper part of the intuitive layer.12 factors, such as tower location and runway-taxiway configuration, are located in the middle transition layer.Site traffic flow is the most significant cause, located at the root cause layer.
