摘要

后勤战备物资预置储备,瞄准的是先期作战物资保障需求,即按照一定标准和要求,预先在特定方向、区域、位置储存一定规模数量的后勤物资器材及装备,满足前方需求点突发的、临时的保障需求,提升应急情况下后勤即时保障能力,从而赢得后勤保障的主动权.研究后勤战备物资预置点选址,有助于推动选址决策的科学性,推动后勤预置体系高效运转.论文采用基于熵权-TOPSIS方法构建后勤战备物资预置点选址评价模型,并实例验证此方法在预置点选址的有效性、实用性,对于研究其他类型选址有一定的借鉴和参考意义.

Abstract

The preset reserve of logistics combat readiness materials is aimed at the pre-operational material support require-ments,that is a certain amount of logistics materials and equipment are stored in a specific direction,region and location in advance to meet the sudden and temporary support needs of the front demand points,improve the immediate support capability of logistics in emergency situations,and win the initiative of logistics support according to certain standards and requirements.Studying the loca-tion selection of preset points of logistics readiness supplies is conductive to promote the scientificity of location selection decision and the efficient operation of logistics preset system.This paper constructs an evaluation model of the location selection of preset points of logistics readiness materials based on entropy weight-TOPSIS method.It gives examples to verify the effectiveness and practicability of this method in the selection of preset points,which has certain reference significance for the study of other selective types.
