Research on Stability of Pressure Cylindrical Shell Under Deep Water Explosion
The finite element model of typical pressure cylindrical shell is established based on the national military standard by using the finite element software ABAQUS,and its damage characteristics under deep-water underwater explosion are studied.Firstly, considering the influence of hydrostatic pressure, the stability of pressure cylindrical shell is analyzed by eigenvalue buck-ling and nonlinear buckling methods. On this basis, the residual strength of the pressure cylindrical shell model under underwater explosion load is calculated, and the effects of charge amount, explosion distance and other factors on the residual strength of the structure are analyzed. The results show that under hydrostatic pressure, the instability of pressure cylindrical shell will expand along the initial deformation, and the bearing capacity of inner ring ribbed cylindrical shell is better than that of outer ring ribbed cy-lindrical shell.Once the underwater explosion load causes plastic damage to the pressure cylindrical shell, its structural stability will be greatly reduced.
