PWM激励下电工钢片磁特性测量与结果分析

随着电力电子技术的不断发展,逆变器供电凭借于独特优势已成为电机系统中不可替代的一部分。但是,逆变器供给激励电压中含有大量的高次谐波,由此造成电机的损耗增加明显,对电机的发热、效率、振动噪声都会带来不利影响。所以,为能够最优的设计电机,提高效率,就有必要清楚地掌握电机用电工钢片在实际工作状态下的磁特性和铁芯损耗数据。论文通过使用改进的爱波斯坦方圈,对无取向电工钢片进行了在脉宽调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)激励下磁特性的测量,得到相应铁芯损耗。同时根据测量结果,分析讨论了PWM调制参数和铁芯损耗之间的关系。
Measurement and Result Analysis of Magnetic Properties of Electrical Steel Sheet Under PWM Excitation
With the rapid development of electric power and electronic technology,inverter has become an irreplaceable part of the motor system.However,the excitation voltage supplied by inverter contains a large number of high-order harmonics,which makes the loss of the motor increase greatly,the adverse influence is produced to the heating and efficiency of motor.Therefore,in order to get the optimal design and increase efficiency of motor,it is necessary to explore the magnetic properties and iron loss of sili-con steel under actual working condition.In this paper,the magnetic properties of non-oriented grain electrical steel sheet under PWM excitation is measured with the improved Epstein frame,and the data of iron loss is got.Meanwhile,the effect of PWM modu-lation parameters for the iron loss is analyzed and discussed.
