摘要

针对炮位侦察校射雷达作战任务和特点,建立了作战效能评估指标体系,界定了指标含义并分析了影响因素,利用层次分析法确定了指标权值,利用模糊综合评估法给出了评价结果,案例分析表明该评估模型可有效进行炮位侦察校射雷达的效能评估,可为装备升级改型提高参考依据.

Abstract

In response to the operational tasks and characteristics of artillery reconnaissance and calibration radar,a combat effectiveness evaluation index system is established,the meaning of the index is defined,and the influencing factors are analyzed.The weight of the index is determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the evaluation results are presented using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Case analysis shows that the evaluation model can effectively evaluate the effectiveness of artil-lery reconnaissance and calibration radar,and can provide a reference basis for equipment upgrading and modification.
