Research on a Modular and Scalable Electronic Device Chassis Configuration
To meet the online upgrade requirements of device hardware and achieve reconfigurable device functional structure,this article proposes a modular and modular partitioning method based on long-term experience in electronic chassis design and en-gineering practice,and designs a modular and expandable chassis structural configuration.The article divides modules into standard module units with consistent structure and electrical interfaces,and then selects module units to assemble into a chassis based on their functions.The article evaluates the mechanical and heat dissipation performance of the chassis by using ANSYS Workbench and ICEPAK,and the results show that the chassis can meet the requirements of the upper equipment test.The configuration of this chassis adapts to the trend of integrated development,while also possessing advantages such as simple structure and flexible configu-ration that existing integrated equipment does not have.It has certain reference value for related designs.
