基于平行与边缘指控的指挥信息系统概念框架设计

平行指控概念建立了数字化战场"虚"与"实"的互动,为军事指控的智能化奠定了基础;边缘指控概念建立了"中心"与"边缘"的无缝衔接,为无人作战系统(单元)广泛进入战场在指挥控制要素上的融合提供了框架指导。论文基于平行指控与边缘指控概念实现的需求,借鉴民用"滴滴打车APP"架构,提出新一代指挥信息系统的架构,框架由三部分组成:联合全域战场管理平台、基于PREA环的指挥信息系统和基于OODA环的边缘自适应C2系统,联合全域战场管理平台接受来自各军兵种的力量,并进行联合全域作战力量的管理和控制;基于PREA环的指挥信息系统提供任务的理解分析功能,并向"基于OODA环的边缘自适应C2系统"发布任务指令清单;基于OODA环的边缘自适应C2系统解析任务指令,并接受来自"联合全域战场管理平台"的资源推荐,基于任务需求和推荐资源,生成虚拟任务组织。
Design of Command Information System Based on Parallel C2 and Edge C2
The concept of parallel C2 establishes the interaction between"virtual"and"real"in the digital battlefield,laying the foundation for the intelligence of military C2.The concept of edge C2 establishes a seamless connection between"center"and"edge",providing a framework guidance for the integration of C2 elements in the widespread entry of unmanned combat systems(units)into the battlefield.This article is based on the requirements of implementing parallel and edge C2 concepts,drawing on the architecture of the civilian"Didi Taxi APP",and proposing a new generation of command information system architecture.The framework consists of three parts,which are a joint global domain battlefield management platform,a command information system based on PREA loop,and an edge adaptive C2 system based on OODA loop.The joint global domain battlefield management plat-form receives forces from various branches of the military and manages and controls joint global combat forces.The command infor-mation system based on PREA loop provides task understanding and analysis functions,and issues task instruction lists to the edge adaptive C2 system based on OODA loop.The edge adaptive C2 system based on OODA loop parses task instructions and accepts re-source recommendations from the joint global domain battlefield management platform.Based on task requirements and recommend-ed resources,a virtual task organization is generated.
