This article takes the U.S.EA-18G electronic warfare aircraft as an example to study the combat method of aircraft carrier formations against electronic warfare aircraft.Firstly,the impact of electronic warfare aircraft combat capabilities,main com-bat methods,strong weaknesses,and influence on the aircraft carrier formation are analyzed.Subsequently,according to the main characteristics and combat capabilities of electronic warfare aircraft,aircraft carrier formation methods are proposed in the aspects of warning detection,and responsing to cover missiles.Finally,suggestions are given for future ship radar electronic equipment.
