球形补偿器螺栓塞热力耦合仿真及故障分析

论文选取某光热发电站项目中的球形补偿器为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench软件,研究当其管道内流通高温高压的导热油时,在以下三种工况下(工况一:导热油温度为 293℃,导热油压力为 3 MPa状态;工况二:导热油温度为393℃,导热油压力为 2 MPa状态;工况三:导热油温度为 400℃,导热油压力为 4 MPa状态),对其温度和应力情况进行仿真,并分析球形补偿器在运行一段时间后,螺栓塞发生损坏甚至无法顺利拆卸的故障原因,同时对球形补偿器进行结构优化,并重新对其温度和应力情况进行仿真分析,来验证优化方案的合理性。
Spherical Compensator Bolt Plug Thermal Coupling Simulation and Fault Analysis
This paper selects a spherical compensator in a solar thermal power plant project as the research object,and uses ANSYS Workbench software to study the temperature and stress conditions of the spherical compensator under the following three working conditions(working condition 1:the temperature of thermal oil is 293℃and the pressure of thermal oil is 3 MPa,working condition 2:the temperature of thermal oil is 393℃and the pressure of thermal oil is 2 MPa,working condition 3:the temperature of thermal oil is 400℃and the pressure of thermal oil is 4 MPa)when the thermal oil is circulating in the pipeline.In addition,this paper simulates the temperature and stress conditions of the spherical compensator and analyzes the causes of the failure of the spherical compensator that the bolt plug is damaged or even cannot be disassembled smoothly after a period of operation,and opti-mizes the structure of the spherical compensator and simulates the temperature and stress conditions again to verify the rationality of the optimization plan.
