Reliability Analysis of Hydraulic System of New Power Battery Lift Vehicle
As a kind of flexible lifting equipment,the new power battery lifting vehicle is mainly used in automobile parts re-placement.Whether the hydraulic system of lift vehicle is stable directly affects the normal operation of the whole equipment.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic drive system of the lift truck,the reliability model of the hydraulic drive sys-tem is established.Through mathematical calculation,the MTBF of the hydraulic system is 6 504.2 h.The reliability dynamic curve of the hydraulic system is obtained by Matlab simulation.
