Research on Strength Analysis and Parameter Optimization of Tower Heliostat
The heliostat is the most basic condensing unit in the tower type solar thermal power plant,and it is also the most expensive part of the power plant.As the size of heliostat mirror directly determines the structural design and production cost of helio-stat,it also determines the total number of heliostat in the power station.Therefore,the heliostat in the commercial tower power sta-tion is studied.Through the finite element simulation method,the lightweight design of the heliostat mirror panel is carried out and the deformation under the action of 8 wind levels is analyzed,which ultimately provides the basis for enterprises to select the size of the tower heliostat.
