In response to the current situation that the data structure,elements and types of heterogeneous command and con-trol systems are associated with low dominance,which increases the difficulty of data sharing and interoperability of operational plans,based on the process and data structure of data interoperability between existing domestic and foreign accusation systems,this paper sorts the current interoperability models into three categories and gives examples for analysis.This paper proposes an uni-versally applicable data interoperability protocol format based on the C-BML framework structure,and explores the solution to the problem of difficult data transmission of combat planning programs between heterogeneous command and control systems.
